How do I sign up as a member? |

Every member must have an Introducer to sign him/her up. If he doesn’t have one, the company will appoint one randomly to be his up-line. To sign-up, you can choose to purchase a prepaid code at the sales counter or through your DP/MDP. After which, you ‘sign-up’ at www.e-rafa.com using the product code you have purchased. |

How do I get my products after signing-up? |

During the sign-up, the system requires you to choose how you would like to collect your products. You have the 3 options:
i. Collect it from the Rafa’s office.
ii. Collect it from your nearest DP/MDP.
iii. Delivered to your home or specified address with no extra cost. |

When will I receive my bonus?
Bonus is calculated on a daily basis (except for the Achievers’ Pool).
The bonus accumulated in your e-wallet is then being released into your bank account. Bonus is transferred into your bank account on every 15th and 30th of each month.
(Rafa currently releases the bonus only to Maybank accounts). Please allow the bank two (2) full working days to effect the transfer. |

I have some amount of bonus in my e-wallet. I also have a Maybank account, but my bonus is not transferred into my account, why?

There are two (2) options for Bonus Payout from your e-wallet – ‘Hold’ and ‘Release’.
If the above case occurs, go to you Members’ Area. Under ‘Bank Info’ menu, go to ‘Bonus Release Mode’ to change it. If your option is ‘Hold’, your bonus will be kept in the e-wallet. |

Can I use the fund in my e-wallet for other purposes?
Yes. You can use it to purchase the product code, or transfer the funds within your network using the e-wallet. |

I don’t have a Maybank Account. Can I use my wife’s/husband’s or my up-line’s account to receive my bonus?
Yes, but you must first go to ‘Bank Info’ and nominate whose bank account you intend to use. After which, immediately contact our Customer Service Support to get an approval. Our Customer Service Support may have to clarify some details with you for security reasons. |

Can you explain what is the term: Account Name, Password, & PIN? |

Account Name – is your user name.
If you are to sign-up a new member, you must key-in your account name to enter the sign-up page. This is to ensure the person you sign-up is introduced directly by you, and you are entitled to enjoy the Introducer Bonus and 15% LLB.
Password – enables you to access the Members’ Area.
Members’ Area is where you can monitor your business. You will be able to view your network tree, sales report, income report and much more.
PIN – PIN is highly confidential.
We suggest that your PIN number differs from your password. If you have funds in your e-wallet, the PIN allows you to make transactions i.e. purchase product code or to make fund transfer. |
